THE SOCIAL INNOVATION INVESTMENT GROUP
The New Zealand Social Entrepreneur Fellowship is run co-operatively by the social entrepreneurs themselves, and is run as a social enterprise, under the leadership of the Social Innovation Investment Group.
The current trustees of the Social Innovation Investment Group are from the original Fellowship (2006-2009) and include Ngahau Davis (chairperson), Malcolm Cameron, and vivian Hutchinson.
THE 2007- 2009 SIIG GROUP
The Social Innovation Investment Group was brought together in 2006 by Stephen Tindall, founder of The Tindall Foundation. It was a group of grant-makers, philanthropists, and community leaders who were interested in how to support social innovation and social entrepreneurship in New Zealand.
This group selected the original membership of the New Zealand Social Entrepeneur Fellowship, and supported the project for its first three years. The membership of the SIIG Group (2007-2009) has included:
