|
George Hogben
Hogben was Secretary of Education under Seddon and Ward. He was instrumental in effectively opening secondary schooling to merit and talent and for pioneering a much more practical and workplace related approach to education as a means of mobilising a much broader pool of talent within our community than had hitherto been the case. |
